Fed Up Trading Time For Money?
Are you fed up trading time for money? This is what you do everyday when you go to work and you are paid what your boss thinks that you are worth.
So let me ask you. Are you happy with what you get paid or do you feel you are worth more? If you are not happy then you may think that you have only two options. You either ask for a pay rise (good luck with that) or look for another job.
You will be pleased to know that there is a third option which I will come onto later.
You see that you have been raised to think that trading time for money is the norm! Once you have left the education system the normal thing to do is to get a JOB. Then you are told to work hard and you may get a pay rise or that promotion. You then do this for 40+ years and then retire. So for all of those 40+ years you have been trading your time for money.
As a direct result what you have been paid leads to the lifestyle that you are living. So right now look at where you are at. Are you living the ideal life or are you finding that life is a constant struggle? Also if you are happy could it be better?
Your time is a precious commodity and it is worth more than other perceive it to be. In a lot of respects it is priceless so can you continue to allow other people to put their value on it?
I am a great advocate for sayings. Here are two of my favourites. “Work Smart Not Hard” & “It’s Not About the Money It’s About The Lifestyle“.
Both of these sayings are relevant to a new and exciting way for you to stop trading time for money (the third option).
“Work Smart Not Hard“. In 2015 you can leverage the technology and resources to do a particular task once and get paid automaticlly, over & over again, 24/7 & 365 days a year!
“It’s Not About The Money It’s About The Lifestyle“. One of my mentors sayings. This is a result of implementing the first saying. The money can be great for you but the lifestyle can be even better for you.
Having the time freedom to spend time doing what you want, when you want and where you want.
Spending time with your family, not missing the school sports day or the Christmas play. Taking the kids to school or having lunch with you wife/husband with the knowledge that you are getting paid while you are out enjoying yourself.
So Are You Ready To Stop Trading Time For Money?
So does the picture I have painted for you raised your curiosity? Are you sceptical? Are you thinking this is just hype and I will just keep doing the safe option and carry on what I am doing?
These are natural reactions and I totally understand if you are thinking like this but what I would say is what have you got to lose in finding out if this could become a reality for you?
